河南普瑞制药有限公司成立于2004年，是一家科工贸一体的集团化制药企业，坐落在国家历史文化名城河南省周口市，现拥有固有资产约2亿元，现有职工400余人，以原料药、医药中间体，片剂、胶囊剂、注射剂的生产和销售为主导，其中抗胆碱类原料药与制剂约占全国市场份额的60%。
河南普瑞制药有限公司位于河南省西华县产业集聚区，占地面积12万平方米以上。公司严格执行国家《药品生产管理规范》，是心脑血管、抗肿瘤、新型抗生素、抗胆碱类等原料药和国家急抢救药品原料及中间体的专业生产商、国家GMP认证企业。同时，公司已经对硫酸阿托品，硫酸氢氯吡格雷、氟康唑等原料药产品进行美国DMF文件申报。
河南普瑞制药有限公司的研发力量雄厚，在郑州高新技术产业开发区设有一个药物创新研发中心，专业从事药品研发、申报、技术转让工作。研发中心拥有30多名经验丰富的专业技术人员，，其中博士生学历2名，研究生学历10名，公司拥有进口液相20台，进口高效液相色谱仪、气相色谱仪、紫外分光光度计、红外分光光度计、旋光仪、分析天平、智能溶出仪等一大批完善、先进的精密仪器设备。公司以市场需求科技创新为立足点，已和北京大学、上海复旦大学药物研究所、上海医工院、郑州大学药学院等科研单位建立了长期广泛的战略合作关系。
目前，公司正在郑州国家高技术生物医药基地建设完成第2个生产基地。该生产基地占地7万平方米，总投资超过3亿元，将严格完全按照美国CGMP标准建造。实际投产后将通过国内GMP、美国CGMP及欧盟CEP等相关认证。

Based on the markets, the company developed a variety of medicines, such as atorvastatin calcium, Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate and other markets.
